Bosworth Independent College was established in 1977 and is now considered to be one of the leading Independent schools in the UK. With 320 students representing over 25 nationalities it is also one of the most diverse.

In recent years our students have found the structured but friendly atmosphere that prevails in Bosworth College rewarding. The combination of small classes, study hall sessions and a heightened sense of responsibility empowers each student to work hard to achieve the top grades.

Academic
Bosworth has a particularly good reputation for students excelling in Mathematics, Economics and the Sciences. Typical degree routes for students leaving Bosworth are Law, Architecture, Medicine, Pharmacy, Economics & Finance, Business Management and all streams of Engineering.

When applying for university, students are given a lot of guidance on suitable degree courses. For those students wishing to apply to Oxbridge or Medical or Law school, we have a bespoke preparation course to assist with every aspect of their application.

University Progression

We offer Oxbridge Preparation courses to those A-Level students who want to enter Oxford or Cambridge and we also offer a Preparation Course to all those aiming to enter Medical or Law School.

Accommodation
Bosworth has 5 single sex supervised halls of residence that are both comfortable and just a short walk from the College academic buildings. Each hall has a range of single and shared bedrooms and a common room.

All meals are provided at the College restaurant which caters for a range of dietary requirements and cultural tastes.

Living away from home in a new city or in many cases a foreign country can be a worrying experience, so we have experienced and caring boarding staff to ensure students are safe, secure, comfortable and well-looked after.
